Very clean room and facilities. Good sized rooms with separate shower and toilet. The rooms are so well sound proofed I could not hear any other guests at all. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were so happy with our stay. The hotel is close to 7-11 and Lawson, and some nice cafe/restaurant with traditional Japanese food. Kochidoki train station is only a 10 minute walk - easy access to all of Tokyo. Bus stop right out front of hotel but we didn’t use. Walk straight down the main road for 25 minutes to get to Tsukiji market and Ginza, then walk 10-15 minutes further to get to Uniqlo flagship store. Also only 20 minute walk to TeamLab Planets (well worth a visit!) and Toyosu Market. A very nice area and a little more quiet than the central tourist spots.

We had an amazing stay at Tokyo Cabin President Hotel! Our room was comfortable, and we loved how it was cleaned daily with fresh pajamas, slippers, and towels provided. The facilities were fantastic, including laundry services and unlimited guest freebies like tea and skincare products. The location is super convenient—close to bus stops, train stations, grocery stores, and convenience stores. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. If we return to Tokyo, we’ll definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to our friends!

There's 4 laundry machines, and the tv will show you the availability status. TV casting, great feature. Luggage delivery service is available, they guide you on how to fill the form. Wifi signal is strong. Accessibility took the limousine bus from narita airport, route to Toyosu, and then taxi to the hotel.

Tsukiji market is easy walking distance. Lots of small/good restaurants near by.
