Receptionist staff are friendly, they do understand english. Room service cleaning does an excellent job. Room space is specious. The bed mattress is comfy. There's 4 laundry machines, and the tv will show you the availability status. TV casting, great feature. Luggage delivery service is available, they guide you on how to fill the form. Wifi signal is strong. Accessibility took the limousine bus from narita airport, route to Toyosu, and then taxi to the hotel.

I loved the location. Away from the crowd but everything is close by. The metro (Kachidoki) station is only 10 minutes walk. The big mall is across the street. Tsukiji market is easy walking distance. Lots of small/good restaurants near by. I would definitely come back and stay at this hotel Brand new hotel Very clean, spacious than other hotels, very comfortable bed, amazing staff, nice lounge

Awesome staff, amenities bar at the lobby. Very clean and comfortable rooms! Short walk from metro station with good connection, and close to Teamlabs. In great weather also super nice to walk to Ginza.

Beautiful, clean, room with a really comfortable mattress. Spacious bathroom. Our Universal Double room was just nice for 2 adults 1 toddler, 2 large luggages. 7-11 just two minutes away. There’s a mall opposite the hotel with lots of food options and a supermarket.

Great brekfast especially if you struggle with switching to local cuisine easily- it's a mix of everything! Bed was very comfy and everything was clean.

property is well maintained and the staff are exceptional, they go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable and happy with facilities, rooms are kept clean and breakfast options are plentiful. easy to access as it’s possible to reach via bus or underground followed by a short walk. also conveniently close to one of the team labs experiences and buses go straight to central station.

Very clean room and facilities. Good sized rooms with separate shower and toilet. The rooms are so well sound proofed I could not hear any other guests at all. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were so happy with our stay. The hotel is close to 7-11 and Lawson, and some nice cafe/restaurant with traditional Japanese food. Kochidoki train station is only a 10 minute walk - easy access to all of Tokyo. Bus stop right out front of hotel but we didn’t use. Walk straight down the main road for 25 minutes to get to Tsukiji market and Ginza, then walk 10-15 minutes further to get to Uniqlo flagship store. Also only 20 minute walk to TeamLab Planets (well worth a visit!) and Toyosu Market. A very nice area and a little more quiet than the central tourist spots.

Clean, modern rooms with comfortable beds in a quiter location.The staff were always polite and professional and rooms serviced daily. We would particularly like to express our gratitude to Yutukana Kawa for helping us complete the luggage forwarding booking forms. The location was great with bus stop outside the hotel to take us to most spots on our itenary. We had a fantastic week in Tokyo and would definitely choose Cabin President Hotel again on our next trip.
